Setting Up New Service

Step 1:

Fill out and sign new water service application and attached agreements. You can also request these forms to be emailed to you - call (940) 427-5916

Step 2:

Provide a copy of your driver's license

Step 3:

Bring forms to City Hall and pay deposit ($150.00 for residential/$350.00 for commercial) If needed, you can also pay over the phone with a credit card.
